These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Hellodebut, a service operated by Arcada LLC ("we," "us," "Arcada"), a New Mexico limited liability company located at 100 Sun Ave NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109. By claiming a landing page, paying for setup, or maintaining a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
What we provide
Hellodebut builds and hosts a single landing page ("Site") for your local business. The one-time setup fee is $247 USD and includes initial copy, layout, and publication. Ongoing hosting, minor copy edits, and uptime are covered by the $29/month subscription. Domains, paid third-party plugins, and custom development are not included unless we agree in writing.
Your account and content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide to us (name, services, license numbers, photos, hours, contact details). You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, photographs, or text you supply. We may remove content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates a third party's rights, and we may suspend the Site if a credible complaint is unresolved.
Payment and subscription
The setup fee is charged once at the time you claim your Site. The subscription auto-renews monthly until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing info@arcadallc.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Stripe processes all payments; we do not store full card numbers.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: 30 days, no questions asked.
Service availability
We target high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, third-party outages (hosting, DNS, Stripe), and force majeure events can affect availability. If we discontinue Hellodebut entirely, we will give at least 30 days' notice and a pro-rata refund of any prepaid hosting.
Intellectual property
You own your business content. We retain ownership of the Hellodebut software, templates, and underlying systems. While your subscription is active, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use the Site we built for your business.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcada's total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in your dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect.
