If you claim a Hellodebut Site and decide within 30 days that it is not for you, we will refund every dollar you have paid us. No forms, no exit interview, no "let us try to save the account."
What this covers
- The one-time $247 setup fee.
- Any monthly subscription charges billed during the 30-day window.
How to request a refund
Email info@arcadallc.com from the address on your account with the subject line "Refund." Include your business name or claim URL. We will process the refund within 5 business days and confirm by email. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe; the funds typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
After the 30-day window
We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months on the monthly subscription after day 30. Cancel anytime and you will not be billed again — your Site stays live through the end of the current billing period, then is taken offline.
Exceptions
We may decline a refund only if we have a good-faith belief of fraud or abuse — for example, a stolen card chargeback, repeated claim-and-refund cycles, or content that violated our Terms (illegal, infringing, deceptive). In those cases we will tell you why in writing.
If something is broken
If your Site is down, broken, or materially different from what we showed in the preview, tell us first so we can fix it. We almost always can. If we cannot fix it, you still get a refund regardless of how many days have passed.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We have never refused a legitimate refund request. A chargeback filed without first asking us usually means a longer resolution time for you, not a shorter one.
