What we collect
Information you give us when you claim a Site. Business name, owner name, email, phone, mailing address, service area, services offered, photos, and any text you provide for your landing page.
Information about you we collect from public sources during outreach. Before you claim a Site, we may collect business name, owner name (when listed), business email, business phone, business address, and license or registration details from public directories and government licensing databases. These are used to build the preview landing page we send you.
Payment information. Stripe collects and stores your card details directly. We receive only the last four digits, brand, expiration, and a token we use to charge subscriptions.
Operational data. Server logs (IP, user agent, request path, timestamp) retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging. Email delivery and reply metadata (sent, opened, bounced, replied, unsubscribed).
We do not collect special-category data, location data, or biometric data.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
- We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on hellodebut.com.
- We do not run behavioral profiling or build advertising audiences.
How we use it
To build, deliver, and maintain your Site; to process payments; to send transactional and operational email (receipts, renewal notices, downtime notifications); to send cold outreach to businesses that match our criteria (see CAN-SPAM Notice); to respond when you reply or contact us; and to comply with law.
Sub-processors
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing.
- Email delivery provider — outbound email (transactional and outreach).
- Hosting provider — application hosting and DNS.
Each sub-processor is bound by its own terms and a data-processing role limited to operating its service for us.
Cookies
We set one essential cookie to keep the founder's admin session signed in. We do not set analytics, advertising, or social-media cookies. See the Cookie Policy.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of outreach at any time. Email info@arcadallc.com or use the one-click unsubscribe link in any outreach message. We respond within 30 days. California, Colorado, Virginia, and similar state residents have additional rights to access, delete, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — we do neither, but the right is yours regardless.
Retention
We keep account data for as long as your subscription is active and for up to 24 months after cancellation, then delete or anonymize it. Suppression lists (unsubscribes and bounces) are retained indefinitely so we do not contact you again.
Children
Hellodebut is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will post material changes here and notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
